DIRECTOR

Asif Kapadia (1972) Born in the London borough of Hackney. Studied directing at the Royal College of Art. Known for his documentary “Senna,” on legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. The film has received many accolades worldwide, including two BAFTA awards (for best documentary and best editing) and the Audience Award at Sundance.
