The story of Andrzej Leszczyc continued. The protagonist, played by Skolimowski, began his story in the director's debut film - “Identification Marks: None.” By chance, Andrzej meets Teresa, a friend from his university years who, 10 years before, lead to Andrzej being expelled from his ichthyology course. Both of them are to face tough challenges – Andrzej is going to fight on the boxing ring, while Teresa fights for the implementation of her own project at a large factory. They stand before a dilemma: to engage in an uneven struggle, or to forfeit.
In his second film, Skolimowski expands the poetics of “Identification Marks: None” and, in an original way, marks his spot among European new-wave cinema of the 60s.
